<Poem>
青氈帳煖喜微雪
紅地爐深宜早寒
走筆小詩能和否
潑醅新酒試嘗看
僧來乞食因留宿
客到開樽便共歡
臨老交親零落盡
希君恕我取人寬
<End Poem>
<Translation>
The green wool curtains are warm.
I rejoice that it lightly snows;
The red earthen stove is ample
To ward off early morning chill.
Small poems come racing from my brush.
Can you, my friend, also harmonize?
New wine freshly bubbles.
Please try it with me!
The priest comes to beg food,
A guest arrives to open the wine-jug,
We enjoy it heartily together.
Recalling that I'm on the verge of old age.
With friends scattered or fallen,
Please forgive me if I take a liberal view
In selecting my associates!
